  Dennis Tate made our mortgage happen when nobody else seemed to be able and he was easy to reach, answered all of our questions and even came to our closing. He walked us through the process so we could close quickly. Never knew how we could have done this with anyone else. Great guy and great experience.

  Steven was wonderful to work with! I was hesitant to use someone I know in case something went wrong along the way or I bombarded them with too many questions, but the whole process was so smooth and easy! Steven kept me informed of exactly what/when things were happening, so I felt ‘in the know’ through the entire process. Everytime I asked a question (which was often) he replied “it’s my job, happy to help”, so I never felt like I was bothering him! We appreciate everything and are so so happy that we decided to use Steven!

  My entire experience was great! Everyone was patient answered any questions or calls quickly! Made me feel like a priority like I was the only file even though i know there’s others but most importantly they made the time for me like I was priority that was the best feeling! Amy and Emily where amazing I give the whole team 1000 gold stars !!
