  Worked with Rhondas team approval was fast and easy. They did not explain anything to us as being first time home owners we walked into everything blind. Was not impressed by how lazy they ended up being throughout the process. Not a great first time experience.

  After struggling with communication from my bank, our realtor quickly connected us with Flat Branch. Tami and Jen were amazing! We filled out our application online and shortly after we received an email with our pre-qualified letter and a very helpful first time home buyer packet.   Everyone at flat branch was very encouraging, patient, and helpful. It was my first time buying a house. I had no idea how technology had made things so much faster and easier! I also had no idea what I was doing and they made the whole process less intimidating.
