  Working with Flanagan State Mortgage was amazing! We just closed on our house yesterday and everybody said what a pain it was using an USDA Loan. We give the Glory to God for that, but Flanagan was who God used to make it happen for us. They made sure everything was ready to go, we would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a house. Our agent was able to lock us into a percentage rate right before everything went through the roof. We live in Missouri and communication was as good or better than living right down the street. We loved our Agent, Jason Parsley, he would take my call whether in the office, at lunch, or in the gym working out. He made sure to walk us through and explain every step. I was never made to feel like I was asking a stupid question. Sure anyone can write you a mortgage, but with Flanagan you're Family, not just a number.
