  I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! We use them for work so I am there almost every single day of the week. The ladies (and 2 gentlemen) that work there are so nice, welcoming & helpful. If you want to have a great banking experience, this is definitely where you want to go. 10/10 service.

  I have been with First Security Bank for over 30 years in Belgrade. I have now moved to Helena and still work in Bozeman so I love having all the branches to do my banking. They have always been friendly and there for me. Recently I had a credit card compromised and had to be cancelled late that afternoon, just a day before I was leaving for vacation. I called the Belgrade branch that same day and they were able to get me a travel card that same day, they helped relieve the stress so I could enjoy my vacation. Thank you all for what you do!

  Stay away like the plague. Worst bank in the entire valley. Horrid customer service no explanation on issues with accounts. Approving charges that were explicitly stated not too be approved and a mobile app a toddler could have built better. Constantly down for maintenance inconsistent drive thru open times and locations and an atm that works maybe 50% of the time. Go too a real bank.

  DON'T USE THIS BANK. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. I called to ask why my account locked me out... again. I've been locked out of my account several times these past few months even though my username and password have not changed. When I called to reset my password again and inquire why I kept getting locked out the lady over the phone checked and said I haven't been pushing the logout button and that I've just been letting it time out. I told her that I had been logging out, and it does indicate to me that I have successfully logged out, she insisted rudely that I hadn't been and that the records show that I haven't been logging out. I don't know what is wrong with their system but it obviously doesn't work correctly since I've been successfully logging out on my end. Like how else I'm a supposed to log out? Is there a secret log out button that I'm not aware of and the one I've been pushing is just a mock one?

  Great customer service. I would highly recommend First Security Bank and any of the Glacier Bank branches. Very personable and the staff is friendly and efficient.

  This bank has the worst online banking ever. Its always 20 to 30 minutes jut too put in or take out money. It also has the most ridiculous hours I've seen with a business. They change there hours so often, now I can't do any transactions after work because they close at 4!!!
