Krystale Sanchez1This company is the absolute WORST company to deal with trying to get insurance funds to pay your contractor. Going on 3 months now the work has been completed on my house and Flagstar has had the information they needed. They deposited my check and never did anything else. After sending all required and notarized docs to them and waiting for them to release the funds only to find out they need another document from the Insurance company. Not one time did they contact me to tell me this either. I get that document to them and I’m told the funds will release in 2 business days. At 430 pm on the 2nd day they email me to tell me they have to order an inspection on my house. WHY was this not ordered when I sent in the Invoice showing work was completed 2 months prior???? Aftwr several calls to them again tbey order the Inspection only to call me and tell me the inspector will call me in 48 hours. Guess what…. No phone call. I call them back, raised all kinds of bell and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I say on hold for 45 minutes and no supervisor was ever available to speak to me. The inspector came out to my house on 1/4/22 and completed the Inspection and forwarded it to my mortgage company on 1/7/22. Today is 1/13/22, I call Flagstar Bank to find out when the funds will be released only for them to tell me they’ve never received the inspection on my house. I am beyond OVER the company and all of the unorganized BS. I’m filing a complaint with the LAA attorney general along with the BBB too. This company needs some serious reorganization

Duke Family Chronicles1Under no circumstances get your mortgage with this company. There are too many out there. Despite paying on time my monthly payments and having an escrow account that included my property tax and home owner insurance, this bank is completely incompetent of paying my insurance on time and have gotten cancel notices yearly when insurance is due. I rarely write reviews on anyone but nobody should have to go through this with their mortgage insurance.

dustin palmertree1I have a mortgage with them. I paid my mortgage and the payment never drafted. I waited a few days and it never hit. Customer service line doesn't register input when you're selecting options on the dial in menu. Now they want to charge me a late fee because they never drafted? Can't believe my mortgage is through them 🤦♂️

andrew clapp1Trying to re-fi. Loan officer absolutely will not call is back, or email. His assistant evidently does not exist, although he keeps referring to her and sayng we will get a phone call. Bad, bad, bad. For crying out loud, flafstar Has our mortgage/info. But apparently does not care to keep our business.
