This Bank is terrible, if you have an hour to spare go to this Particular location, I don't know if all flag stars are like this one but its strange, there appear to be no dedicated tellers, so person sitting at desk eventually assisted me, if you could call it that, because he couldn't help me. I recommend avoiding this location like the plague!

Just don't do it. This place will nickle and dime you tell your broke with their paper fees that no one tells you about or even how to opt out of them. Also, the app is complete trash. To refresh your account you literally have to logout and log back in. The website is just as bad, it only loads 50% of the time.
