  I did not get the name of the woman who greeted me, but her and Michael were both very helpful and kind! Assisted me in handling what could have been a very stressful situation, seamlessly and quickly. Great service at this branch. Thank you!

  I really dislike *CHASE* Bank I’ve been with them for over 15 years and they haven’t helped me at all. They never offered a credit card they never offered any thing to build my credit. It was a waste of time going to that bank. I joined Huntington Bank and they offered me a loan I get my money two days in advance. It’s helping me build my credit. Just in two months!

  I own a business near by but I try as much as possible to avoid this location. Unprofessional for one, I had a coin deposit they said they couldn’t take it because they don’t have any room in their safe. Like I drove all they way there for them to tell me they can’t take my deposit. Unprofessional always long lines only one teller but many people working.

  Used to have a really nice drive thru teller who was there, would give my dog biscuits. Maybe she is still there, not exactly sure.. but the last lady who was working drive thru was not pleasant. I Didn’t know if I deposited cash, $25, that I needed to include my drivers license, which was no problem, had it with me. But the way she glared at me and asked for it was insulting. I was pleasant, but I felt pretty dismayed by her attitude. I avoid this location and go to another one. Sometimes being civil goes a long way when your in the business of dealing with the public. My attitude if you don’t like it, be the janitor.

  Not clear on giving instructions. Had to go back and forth to the house to get other documentations. They could have been clearer of the things they needed before saying “just come in with your license and we’ll take care of everything. “ Not accommodating to disabled people. Not coming back to this branch.

  This branch has HORRIBLE customer service. Stood in line for them to tell me I had to have an appointment to speak with someone. 2 people sitting at their computers doing NOTHING!!!!!!

  Able to print new cards for you if you lost one or had to close a card. Very helpful and welcoming. One of my favorite chase banks in the area

  ATM did not give the money drawn ...the money was taken out the account ....the pleasently plump mananager threatened to call police .....

  Terrible, one window open, people are tired of the long lines.
