  There’s a gentleman there who is always so upbeat and helpful. Always answers my questions, and really takes his time with me. I never feel rushed or pressured. His name is Danny. If you could clone him, you would have exactly what awesome customer service is about.Always a pleasure seeing him.

  Flagstar staff are very respectful and if you have an issue they do everything they can to fix it. The accounts at this bank have better terms than going to any regular bank.

  Sometimes the wait is a bit long. They have free coffee and hard candy. Very friendly staff. They treat you like close family.
