  What a wonderful credit union. Great staff Mr.Andrew on 9 mile. They dont have yo worry about me leaving. Know matter what they really take care of me n my wife. Love you guys cant leave out the manager he always help me with any Problems.

  The service is great. The personal advisor Kelci Jordan helped me quick and fast. I would advise everyone to check it out if they are local in eastpointe and looking for a good credit union to have.

  I was approved for the car I wanted. I started looking for a vehicle during COVID19 Pandemic. I was approved online and I spoke to everyone on the telephone. I really love how you can send and recieve messages through the online process. Once all the paperwork was checked and approved I was able to pick the check up in the drive thru window. Overall everyone was extremely nice and I can tell they all follow the same company policies for communication and interpersonal skills. A huge thanks to everyone in loan lending and customer service.
