  Honestly, I don't know if my deal is going to go through right now or not. But I'll tell you all Jay deserves high praise for all the hard work he is doing for me. I know that if this doesn't work, it's hopeless because I can't imagine anyone else working this hard to get this deal done.

  Fantastic to deal with would recommend them to anyone I’ve used them 4 times and every time was to perfection I would give them 10 stars if I was allowed I personally dealt with Rob Gentili and this is no disrespect to anyone there but Rob was great and the best to deal with he gets 10 stars

  I went through 5-Star multiple times in some of the darkest and most desperate times with the financial hardships that were associated with life after my accident. TAMARA was a God sent angel to me....of course In addition to JASON who if he didn't have the last say so i wouldn't be here today PRAISING this company for ALL their help and advances in my case both financially and emotionally. Not one time did a feel alienated or looked at as just a number in a file (as several other companies did to me) i know it was a TOUGH decision for them to extend their generosity on multiple occasions but they really came through for me when NO one else would. Tamara answered all my calls and responded back quickly and genuinely from the heart. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me.   The interest is way to high on the loans they offer. I had requested an additional loan, which they denied. Now that I've found another company to give me a loan, 5 Star won't send the payout letter. It's been 3 days now, I've left multiple messages, and yet to be called back...

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. While 3 companies lowered their liens. 5 Star refused too. I don't see how they can keep their name. What a joke! All they want is your money. Nasty too! If you're reading this go with another company please!!

  Excellent and fast service. I had spoken to several other companies but the response was horrible. 5 Star took interested in me and resolved my problem in 2 days. They contacted my lawyer and kept in contact with me. I received my money exactly when they said, Thank you
