      Extremely long wait times in lobby. They charge a dormant fee on your account if you don’t use it often enough. I closed my account today. Don’t recommend. You can do better.

      I’ve been a member at least 15 years. I have moved my Cd’s from here, I’ve moved my business account and Christmas account. Why? Because the drive thru is the worst I have ever experienced! The staff is nice, especially Mrs.Kim But, this office seriously need more staff. Spending over 10 minutes in the Drive thru is ridiculous. Hoping corporate will send more staff to Cairo branch in early 2020 before I move the rest of our accounts.

      Set in drive thru for over 45 minutes and there was only 4 cars in front of us!!! Worst drive thru experience ever!!!!! This is making me second guess using them as our bank. Maybe some help should be hired!!!!

      Tried to open account 4 times now always get turned away cause they are "too busy " if your a bank hire more than one person that can open a account i mean come on
