  We worked with Nancy Raphael and her team to get a home loan. They are fantastic. We got the best rate from Nancy. But rate is just a number -- it is not everything. We also received great service. The turn around was many weeks shorter than with other providers we evaluated. Having the pre-approval letter from Nancy allowed us to win on a property that had two other offers. She is that well respected in the county were we bought our house.

  Steve is amazing! On top of status - easily reachable - knowledgeable and knows how to speak with a client so they understand. Updates routine! 18 days start to close for a loan for a salaried / independent contractor.
