  First Trust should be your first stop for home loans. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and go above and beyond for their clients. Katie did a great job with our recent home purchase. She made the process easy and step by step. It felt much less overwhelming than our first purchase through a local bank.   Working with Payton and his team was a great experience. Payton was nice, polite, and very attentive. They responded quickly to any questions I had. This was by far one of the easiest transactions made. The app makes it easy to upload needed documents quickly and also get status of your loan progression.
