  This location is very convenient. The staff was very helpful and Irene answered all my questions about opening a checking and savings account . Hope to open a youth account for my daughter so she can learn the value of financial responsibility.

  I went in to talk to someone about a loan and Felipa was the young lady who helped me and she was incredible. She listened to what I was looking for and was very respectful. The whole process was stress free and such a great experience that I will be going back to see about refinancing my 2 car loans.

  I am very pleased with the service I was provided. Mr Richard Rodriguez was who assisted me with my banking needs. He answered every question I had, is knowledgeable about his job. He throughly explained all my options and I was able to make my decision on what best suited my needs. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I have been a member with my father on a joint account for some time and never needed any assistance. I'm a member on my own personal account now and very happy I made the decision in choosing Firstmark for my banking needs. I highly recommend you choose Firstmark.

  I've been a good customer at Firstmark in San Antonio for years with mortgage and car loans, but for some reason, in the past year or two, it takes over 20 minutes and up to 30 minutes or more just to get a person to talk with on the phone for help with my accounts with their bank. I am going to no longer use Firstmark if they cannot even get people to answer their own phones. I also have their online app, am signed into but sometimes you still need to talk to an actual person rather than just being referred constantly to their website which does not handle all of our questions at all. I am considering pulling all of my business from Firstmark now as this is the way a customer would expect to be treated by some giant Wells Fargo bank vs. one's own local credit union bank. I should note though that when you do get a person on the phone, they are courteous and quite helpful. The problem I suppose is Firstmark is too cheap to hire more people to answer their phone calls. Also, when their automated call system advises you after 20 minutes of being on hold to leave your number for a call back, you cannot count on that phone call back from them any time soon either. I've called them at 2:45 for business, waited 25 minutes on hold, then left my number, and then they closed at 6 pm with no call back.

  I financed a Tesla through Firstmark and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was helped by Wendy who not only knew made the process very smooth for me but honestly knew more about tesla financing than the actual tesla people (given that tesla financing in Texas is different). Not to mention, I got an amazing rate with no payment for 60 days. 5/5 service.
