Unknown Unknown1If I could give a zero I would this branch has the worst customer service, branch manager sits in his office no one is in there, he could be helping some of the people that are in the waiting area while the other 2 employees are busy this branch has become straight trash smh

Cesar Flores5Inside is a very modernize way of banking, there's only automated tellers and loan officers. If you are okay with modernization this bank is an easy in an out. The facility is very clean and well maintained and has one of the cleanest bathroom I have seen. They also have two ATM driver thru. Great, quick banking experience.

Melinda Marquez1I went in to make a mortgage payment and to replace a card . The payment went without a hitch , it was done through a virtual teller. The bank wasn't busy at the time but went able to help me. The receptionist was busy with another member but there were two other employees that were not with members. The receptionist asked another employee but she was helping out another member. It wasn't until I left that one of the employees came out of their office and into the parking lot wanting to help. I was wanting to use this office because it was closer to home but I will be using the Lee Trevino office for my banking needs.

Sandra Harmon Arellano1Extremely unhappy with this location. I have been a member for about 15 years and had no problems in the past. Just recently I deposited cash through the atm and the machine took over 70.00 from me, not depositing it into my account. Went inside to create an inquiry and no one has reached out to me yet(it has been over 2 weeks). I have called and have gotten no answers. Completely dissatisfied with this bank.

Jazmin Velazquez1Very bad customer service and rude manager. Won't let my husband take out his money out of the bank because of expired DL. Even though he has an appointment scheduled for a new one.
