  My experience with FirstBank has been a white glove experience for three homes over the last 6 years. Following the retirement of our friend and mortgage originator this year, his replacement and our coordinator have been continued examples of the excellent experience we have with FirstBank.   Rick made us feel like we were his only customers! He was warm, patient and always available to answer our questions or walk us through different scenarios we were considering.   The refinancing process was made so simple, quick and easy by Rick Lott at First Bank. The rates were incredible and the process was so simple. A couple of quick phone calls and emails and they had my loan started and completed in a blink! Could not have asked for a better experience!

  Laurie at First Bank mortgage was recommended to us from our Realtor Agent and she was so right. The mortgage process was quick and oh so simple. Laurie kept us apprised throughout, made sure we understood the timeline as well as the process steps to come. The process unfolded exactly as expected and we closed on the exact date we were hoping for! We've bought a few homes in the past but never had a process as streamlined as this one!
