  Like most people have complained, they also ran my credit without my permission. How the hell did they get my information???? I've NEVER interacted with this company. Now Ill have to fight to get this off my credit report.

  I got a voice mail message from a person that clearly was not from the United States. When I called back I was on hold with the worst hold ever. This company is definitely not using U.S. workers. How could I trust someone with my personal information that is not in the US? VERY BAD PRACTICE

  CIC Credit is an EEO Employer. We are based in the United States and have four offices; Tampa, Nashville, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. We do not base our hiring choices based on an individual’s accent.

  This company...although it advertises products and services other than “debt collection”, keeps its “debt-collector/threatening/bully” hat on, in everything it does, because that’s who they are. This critically effects their ability to service other “non-collection” accounts. The number of 1 star reviews for this company is shocking to even the most seasoned Google reviewer.

  First of all, never heard of this company. secondly, why in the world are you as a company checking my credit score!?!? never gave authorized confirmation for you to check my credit and ruin my credit score!! stop this or you’ll be hearing from my lawyer!

  Received a letter from my mortgage company saying they'd received my written authorization to discuss my loan with CIC Credit on behalf of First Savings Bank. I'd never signed or considered doing any such thing. I called my mortgage company and discovered they'd received a fax from CIC with a signature that wasn't mine - not even the same first name. This company is a scam, scam, SCUMMY SCAM!!!

  I gave all my information and my mom's information. I was told we did not have a credit score and no one knows why! After I pulled my own credit from Transunion and showed where I have a credit score. I was told that I gave them incorrect information. So I gave a copy of my tax refund, showing my correct SS# and that it matches what I gave them. They still said that the score issue was my fault and would not refund the money!

  This is a great company to analyze, review and fix mortgage applicants' credit. They have programs to assist applicants improve their credit scores. The staff is friendly and assist you with all questions or help required. I highly recommend this company to all mortgage professionals . Thank you.

  Literally the most annoying hold music/messages I’ve ever heard. They have like 8 different voices interrupting the music so you’re constantly checking the phone to see if one of them is the person you’ve been waiting on for 20 minutes
