  Paid off a truck and waited 9 months for my title. Instead they repoed it and put it up for auction without sending me an intent to sale or even giving me the option to get it back.

  i’d give them no stars if i could. watch out using their atm. somebody likes to replace a twenty with a one. ripping off a handicapped person is sick!
