  Really enjoy being a member of First United Credit Union, kyle has been more than helpfull with getting me my first car loan , and now assiting me in working towards getting my home loan .   This was a great place for my daughter to get her Frist car loan Brendan is a really nice guy I would recommend him to any one who may need to get a loan I feel they have the best program thier are so many programs to make sure you or your child is safe while they are on the road. Brendan has a great personality and is really friendly and is well represent his company while. And had I heard of of him before hand I would have delt with him to get my car.

  This is the place to do any type of financing.... and the person to go to is Alejandro ... very professional, smart, helpful, bilingual, cant thx him enough for all he has done for my spouse ... he’s super fast in getting everything together and organized to fit your best needs ... don’t have words to express how thankful I am with all my financial situations... very satisfied and highly recommend

  I had a very frustrating time with trying to get a loan with this credit union. I was told my loan was approved on a Friday, I was even given the term, rate and monthly payment. On the following Monday I was told my loan could not be a personal loan because I was trying to finance a commercial vehicle for my business, I was then told the loan had to be a commercial loan with a 500 dollar documentation fee. I was fine with that and wanted to move ahead only to be told the next day I had not been in business long enough to secure the loan, which I understand that is normal process for most if not all financial institutions. But miraculously I could now get the loan as a personal loan again but with a higher rate and shorter term. No thanks that doesn't seem right to me.

  Scott, sorry to hear your frustrations. With everyone's different situations all loans are "one of a kind" at a Credit Union and we like to work with each individual separately to make sure we are doing what's best for the member. Sorry to hear in this process it had gotten confusing. Please contact the Credit Union so we can find what works best for you. We can also have a different loan officer contact you.

  My experience with First United has been extremely pleasant. The staff was and has continued to be very helpful through each process of my needs as a customer. Not only with one staff member but the support they give to each other to meet my needs has been excellent.

  I absolutely love coming to this branch! Staff always very friendly. And the loan department are so great, Voula and Ashley did a few of my loans and both were very helpful. I highly recommend this credit union.

  Ive been a member here for roughly 3 years. Over the years I've had nothing but great experiences. I've got both personal and business accounts with them and have had a few loans over that time as well. I love how involved they are around the community and have even recommended them to friends and family.
