  Brooke worked very hard for us and our construction loan! She was up sometimes at 11pm at night corresponding with us and making things happen. She never made me feel like my millions of questions was too much, as I had never got a construction loan before and wanted to make sure I understood everything. She is an amazing person in general, as I have gotten to know her, and I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a lender to look no further than Brooke G! Two of my friend who I referred as using her and I have another friend who used her in the past and we are in very thankful for Brooke and how hard she worked for us!

  I worked with Brooke who was SUPER helpful. I had previously worked with two other very well known lenders in my area that had been recommended by some of my friends. I felt like they were taking their time and that is not something you can do in today’s housing market.
