  Have dealt with two bankers. Both claimed getting my loan wouldn’t be any problem whatsoever. Both won’t return phone calls or follow up as promised. I do not recommend using this bank for loans.

  Absolutely wonderful customer service! Rita was so helpful when I needed assistance with my accounts while I'm out of town. She was so sweet and everything we discussed was done within the same day. Thank you, Rita! I've been with this bank for years and I have to say that their customer service is always excellent, and they are so fast about getting anything you need taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

  So far so good I'm trying to get a commercial loan right now its taking long I had a loan before it did the something but I'm pretty sure I'll get it soon totally satisfied so far.

  The would not allow me to deposit my checks if the would be a little bit more the $5.00 then I had to run to Lubbock and deposit it there. And if want to borrow money nobody was there to help. Thanks for commercial bank.

We understand that our drive thru lanes can get backed up so we have been working diligently on the construction of our new drive thru branch, First United Express, located at 109 NW 3rd Street. First United Express will have 4 TellerCHAT ITMs with live tellers available to help you from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.   Do not apply for a loan here I brought my information in 2 months ago I still have not heard back the bankers here are only there for a paycheck and yet don't deserve it
