  I am extremely disappointed in the inexperience of this branch. They sent my widower fathers stimulus payment back to the government after my mother passed away. Never mind that IRS.gov says that he was right in keeping it as my moms death was not before 2020. Also they removed my mom off of their joint account without a death certificate. Texas is a community property state and this should not have happened.

  I want to rave on Jaclyn Ruiz from Andrews branch and Alma from an Odessa branch. My debit cards were recently stolen and ran online. I thought it would be THE BIGGEST headache to deal with and i was wrong. Jaclyn helped me file my dispute efficiently and quickly and took all my needed information. Alma stayed on top of my account and called everyday with an update. They were both so patient and knowledgeable in all the questions i had. Thank you ladies!
