  Always have has a good experience! Staff is always friendly and bank clean. Never alot of traffic and I have an amazing interest rate on my vehicle.

  Admitted to being “conservative lenders” and no have intention of trying to help real working class family’s like Big Valley FCU did. Fees for anything and unhelpful service. Big bank feel with only like 4 locations to not serve you. I wass a holdover from the merger but it looks like I’ll have to take my hard earned money elsewhere.

  Terrible service. A teller error caused a check to duplicate which inturn overdrafted my account substantially. Tried to solve this problem and a "VP" told me I am going to have to "eat the cost".
