  Lee H. and his team were one of the best brokerages I've done business with. This is the second time I've used their services. I have had a total of 3 loans done with them, and the transactions always have ran smoothly and on time. The team was professional, personable, easy to talk to, well-organized, well dressed, and friendly. Their office location is in a good area and easy to find, and their office is clean organized and stylish. They provided good communication. I like their online services, with email updates on the status of my loans and e-sign, that made it convenient. I will definitely be using their services a third time in the future for sure.

In both cases, he was attentive to our needs, walked us through the entire process, and never hesitated to answer our questions and provide us with as many calculations as we needed to feel good about our decision.   Lee;'s office did an exceptional job in loan process to go through the process very smoothly and easy , no hassle at all . Everything is quick, follow up closely from the staff from the beginning to the end . The rate is very competitive , I refer my family to do loan with Lee and they are all very happy with the lock rate . 2 loan closed , 1 is going to close soon . Yeah,, so excited to sign escrow couple days ago ,we all did it together sucessfully. Just make sure you check email regularly , sign up stuffs on time so you can close escrow on time . It's on both sides, borrower and lender , not only the office do the work .
