  Had a great experience with opening a new account after all the covid buisness going on. First Texas was the only bank with doors unlocked and Staff available for questions on getting my account set up. Not like 2 other banks i tried to walk into earlier that day and stood outside looking at the doors. So my first impression gives First Texas a 5 star rating.

  Been banking here since 1993. I have always been treated with upmost respect and courtesy. I have several accounts at other local banks and prefer the friendly tellers at First Texas Bank. As far as the roof leaking? Really? They had an AC issue and they had it fixed. If you had asked them what happened as I did, they would of told you, and it is a two story building, how would roof leak on first floor? Get facts straight before you go slamming business's on the internet. If you go in with a bad attitude in life, you are surely going to come out with the same. Poor review for lack of envelope. Is your last name "Perfect"? Some people have nothing to do but complain about the stupidest things. I LOVE this bank and the people that work there.

  I met a nice young lady name Jackie. She was super nice and was very kind. I went a few days ago during covid-19. She was being super healthy and clean. I respect that. Yall should give he a raise. ,

  Worst place to bank. The building is falling apart and whenever it rains the ceiling leaks. Let's not forget falling ceiling tiles because of water damage. Don't get me started on how rude the employees are especially the people in charge. Go to first national Bank texas.

  I cashed my check here once. The full amount is $260.18. I don't get my money in an envelope or get a receipt. I also dont get my $0.18. Definitely not going back there.
