  I always receive great customer service at this bank. I will admit, I do not like change. I was a previous customer of First Bank, and would not have chosen to transfer, but thankfully Tresa stayed through the transition. Tresa and her team always help me with anything I need. They are courteous, professional, and efficient. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Would rather use a piggy bank than deal with this online banking nightmare. Completely useless over the phone. Will be switching banks this month. I’ve banked with them before it was fscb and now with them for over 5 years and I wish I would have switched 5 years ago. Go anywhere else people

  Ever since they switched from first bank I’ve had problems. I had fraud on my account a year ago. Closed one bank account and opened another one. There was fraud on my account again and instead of contacting me or looking into the fraud further, they BLAMED ME for the transactions, closed my account and refused to let me open another one. I highly recommend banking elsewhere. The bank is choosing the side of the fraudulent activity and only looking out for themselves instead of HELPING a customer of 15 years. Terrible.

  Since my account has switched from First Bank, I have had nothing but problems. Service charges for no reason, credits to my account for no reason, long waits when I call the 877 number, deposits returned to our investment company stating that the account was closed. This is just a few of the issues that I have had to deal with. I was in banking for 34 years and never have I ever seen this kind of incompentance. I wish First Bank and Dierbergs stlll had their branch in Washington. What a shame. I should not have to check my account daily to make sure there are no errors!

  The staff is friendly... BUT the online banking is horrible. I cannot get in... ever... When you call the number on the weekends... THEY cannot help you, you have to wait until Monday... Why have the number if you cannot help?? First Bank I got into online banking without issues, this one is NOT GOOD.

  I've never had an overdraft fee in my life till I switched to this bank. Suddenly I'm incurring 31$ overdraft fees out the wazoo for a 5$ transfer to a savings account. Will definitely be switching to Wells Fargo

  First State Community Bank has a professional staff that treat all customers with a smile and are willing to help in any way to make your banking experience outstanding. I have the utmost respect for Scott Breckenkamp and his amazing ability to make sure his customers have a 5 experience time and time again! Great bank!

  The friendliest place to bank in Washington, Mo. Great customer service and I have never had a single problem while banking with them the past few years . No surprise charges or fees have came up . Small town feeling because they always know name .
