      I wish I could give them below 1 star, my service here was horrible. The branch manager Tara Holyfield is absolutely rude. She doesn't care about your opinion and doesn't care about providing good customer service at all. I will be cancelling my account here and taking my business elsewhere because of the management and the bank itself. Several people have told me that they have had to leave this bank. I'm sure I won't be the last one leaving this bank. Another thing, their ATM SUCKS. Tried to withdraw $100-$300 one time and it kept telling me the amount was too large when the ATM gave me the option to withdraw $100-$300. It's an ATM.. how can you not withdraw the amount you want!? Worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Keep in mind, her husband, Butch Holyfield, is the president so there is no point in trying to go any higher up if you have issues.
