      I opened a business account and the very next day they called me and said they missed a few things,cuz 20 years ago I had a loan in default, when I told them I like to make it right and pay for it but couldn't pay all at once. They said it had to be all of it at once or couldn't get account.i don't recommend banking here.

      I have always liked doing our banking locally. I like the new app thatchy have made but there is still room for improvements BUT it's nice to use a bank that actually knows it's customers and doesn't treat you as just a transaction.

      I don't know what the hell happened to our small town bank. Used to be that we knew everyone and business was done with a smile and a handshake. The Edom branch now has a new crew who have no idea how to treat me, a loyal 30 plus year customer. I will never do business with them again and encourage anyone whose thinking of doing so to go elsewhere indeed.

      One of the worst banks i have ever delt with. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They have zero customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
