  This experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From beginning to end I was kept informed of every stage, given excellent instructions, and everything was delivered on time. Even the title company said they were the best mortgage company they have ever dealt with. That says a lot!

  Monica and her team at Fairway are incredibly efficient! They worked very hard to have our home loan approved in ample time. This process can be very confusing and overwhelming, but Monica and her team were absolutely crucial in helping us to understand exactly what we were signing and applying for. Her methods are not only efficient, but they are also transparent. She is very knowledgeable in her area, and knows who to contact if she doesn’t have the expertise needed to advise in certain situations. Monica was patient with our limitless questions, and was more than accommodating with our requests, no matter how outlandish they seemed. She was able to get us a fantastic interest rate, and an affordable mortgage. If ever we need a lender in the future, we will call on Monica to work her magic once again!
