  If you could leave no stars I would. Everytime I call I get the same girl Alyssa I think? She is always very rude sounds like she hates her job. Never helps with what I'm asking and acts as if it's a BIG task to answer my questions. I've called about 4 times over the year and every time she's rude and every time it's her.

  First Savings Bank has served my family personally and professionally for over a decade. We have always been treated well along with our children who are now grown, with their own accounts. They have helped us with professionally with business loans and are very competitive with their rates. Their online app allows us to manage multiple accounts all in one place and has direct check deposit through photo capture inside the app. They can replace lost/stolen debit cards the same day in the Corydon branch.

  I can't believe I'm putting this, but I has a bank teller say to me that I "deserved" and "gave permission" to a company to unethically steal my money. She yelled at me and told me there was nothing else to do because I "gave them permission" to do it. And then it gets better. The manager was nice, but all he had for me was "I dunno". He actually told me to just "ignore it". What? Is that seriously how you treat your clients? I've lived in this backwater town for 12 years (very much against my own will since I was underage until now) and I thought that the one institution I could count on would be the bank. Everything else has always been s*** here, so maybe I shouldn't even be surprised. They haven't even sent me my new credit card yet (14 days now I believe), but when I get it, I'll be closing my account and can finally forget all about this backwater h***. Advice: DON'T EVEN LIVE HERE! You can do better.

  This is one of the worst banks that I have ever dealt with, only coming in second to BB&T. The employees there are nice but none of them know ANYTHING about ANYTHING

  My whole family banks here. Never had an issue. Great staff. Feel very welcome when I go there.
