  I frequent the Exton location. This bank is where all other banks should learn what customer service means and how it should be done. You get a hello from every staff member when you enter and no matter who helps you, they treat you like you're family. They are friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable about any service you need. I always walk out of there feeling like I not only accomplished something that needed to get done, but that I have the confidence knowing it was done right. Banking is not an enjoyable errand but the Exton staff makes it a pleasure.

  The folks at this bank should get 10 stars!! It’s like doing business with your best friends. Seriously. What they lack in size they double down with big hearts, modern technologies and A+++ service.

  I have been with First Resource Bank since their inception. They will always be my bank for both my personal and business accounts. The primary reason for this is simple: Their people. From their tellers all the way to their upper management, including the CEO Glenn Marshall...They all give superior service and treat you like you are their most important customer. It's also a plus that they are a local community bank and give back so much to the local area.

  It has been our pleasure and good fortune to work with First Resources Bank! The past few weeks have been challenging to say the least, but a bright spot for us was and is the support and guidance we receive from First Resources! All the banking services our small business needs can be found here, with special thanks to Pam Finkbiner for online banking and remote deposit support, Fred Eagan for helping establish new accounts and to Lisa Donnon in the loan department. Their customer service is friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We recently applied for one of the SBA Disaster Relief Programs and could not be happier with the results. The support, responsiveness and processing through Lisa was painless and we received the approval and loan closing date with in days. The service and attention provided by First Resources is priceless and we couldn't be happier. Our decision to consolidate all of our banking to First Resources was a great move. We highly recommend them.

  I FINALLY know what it means to be a valued banking customer! First Resource Bank, specifically their people, are by far the most attentive and honestly caring bank I have ever worked with. Having banked with MANY of the major global and national banks over the years I always felt like a mere number - but never again. Thank you, FRB, for having my back as a small business owner...you have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer!

  As a Local Realtor I am so very happy to be aligned with First Resource Bank. Shout out to Diana Mattingly!!! This is a bank that understands customer service, I mean they actually answer the phone and talk to you, and you don't have to fight an annoying recording that sends you to 5 places before you can get someone on the line. I was with a BIG bank for 20+ years and when Covid hit during the first few weeks, I called my bank to open a new business account and I could not get through. Let me say that again... I called the big bank to give them more money and I was left on hold for over 2+ hours and never got to speak to anyone nor did I ever open the account. A friend referred me to First Resource Bank and I was able to speak to someone immediately and open my new account with ease. Then they assisted me with getting a PPP Loan (which I had pretty much given up on as my old bank was zero help) I can not be more grateful to be a apart of the FRB family...and that is exactly how they have made me feel from the door...like family!

  How can I express my delight in being so well served by First Resource Bank? Since moving all our accounts there we have been treated like family. They know us by name! The most recent experience was the PPP application process. They went the extra mile to ensure both my and my husband’s small businesses’ applications were processed in record time AND approved! Kudos to Glenn, Diana, and the whole team!

  a week ago- Banking at First Resource Bank was one of the best business decisions I ever made! I was initially reluctant to switch to FRB because I liked my former bank, & switching banks is always a hassle. However, I heard rave reviews about FRB from others, and when they offered services that my former bank didn't, I decided to give them a try. What a great decision! From the start, FRB made switching banks incredibly easy and pleasant. Senior Vice President Robin came to my HOUSE to help me set up business banking services. (Seriously--what other bank does that?!?) Since then, FRB has exceeded my expectations in every respect. They deliver impeccable, personalized service; all the benefits & protections of a large bank; plus numerous intangible & invaluable perks of a small, local bank. I didn't anticipate how many advantages there would be to banking with a local bank that knows their customers personally and that's as dedicated to serving their needs as FRB is . They offer every service a business could want. They make every process simple, clean, expedient, and accurate. When they say, "zero-fee business banking," they really mean it--zero fees! Nothing hidden! I have never had to wait on hold on the phone or gotten transferred around multiple places to find answers. If I reach out with an issue after-hours, I get a response almost immediately. That tells me they care enough about their customers to staff adequately and cross-train staff. Every staff member I've encountered has been warm, personable, and willing to take time to patiently and thoroughly explain procedures. Worthy of special mention are Robin and Pam. You just don't find individuals in banking who are as genuine, helpful, and knowledgable as these two young ladies are! As I deal with my own customers, I often get an earful of the things their banks DON'T do. Those sorts of things just don't happen at FRB. In short, there's a reason why FRB has been named "Best of Chester County" so many times!

  I have worked with many banking institutions for my business, and I can say with confidence that First Resource Bank is by far the best I have ever worked with. Their staff/services, facilities, and technology have all been major assets to our business.

  The loan officers and loan committee made the process for obtaining a payment protection plan (PPP) super easy and didn’t hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns. As a small business owner, it’s so important to find a bank I can trust and truly rely on.
