  Constant communication and rapid responsiveness on a nearly 24-hour basis. Also their flexibility when the home price jumped up, they were able to flex right along with it. Leo Anzoleaga was our team leader and was excellent.

  As a first time home buyer, it was very satisfying to work with Teri. She went through all loan options with me and offered a competitive rate which was lower than other lenders. She then went through the Loan Estimate in greater detail and explained each and every line item very patiently. This was the differentiating factor to have a loan officer explain the estimates in this level of detail. She was very responsive throughout the process and available to answer questions at all times.

  Rich Gehring is the absolute best. No joke. He is the real deal. Not only does he care about his job, but he cares about you as a person. Willing to answer any and all questions and help you through a stressful process. The platform they use to have you sign and download documents is excellent. It really was a no hassle experience. Draper and Kramer were amazing and I would never use anyone else. 10 plus stars.
