  Worst bank I've ever had to deal with. They always seem to find a way to charge extra for anything they can. They don't let you know when they are removing money from your account. Then they charge you for overdrawing when it still shows you how money in your account. That and they only have two branches so i hope you are in town if something happens. They do nothing to help if you are out of town. Update: I called and they are to busy and will call me back when they get a chance. I will update how it goes when they call me back. Update one year later and they will not let me close my account. I have called an email multiple times and they refuse to let me do it because I am out of state. Now my account is overdrawn. Worst bank ever still!!

  After 30 years of banking with this place i closed my account. Poor customer service. Notice all good reviews are over two years old. That's when Mr Hebert retired

  5 STARS to Shelley C. for helping me get approved for my dream car in less than 2 business days. She worked with me from morning until the end of the business day.   The staff is second to none. You walk in and everyone has a smile on their faces and are so friendly and knowledgeable. They also have great rates on mortgages and they run a special on automobile financing once or twice a year with exceptional rates. Plus the sale chocolate covered almonds. 😋 So go by and open up an account today. For yourself or children/grandchildren. Start them on a path for saving money early. Fyi they have open enrollment. There is no need to be affiliated with a business or another member.

  They signed my wife up for a predatory car loan at 11% APR, way above anything thats on their rate sheet. They were VERY unhelpful when trying to pay off the loan or refinance. They also do not answer the phone. Do not do bisiness with them
