  First it was the reinstatement of fees on accounts that have long since not been the norm in banking for decades and now permanently closing drive thru windows and making a guessing game out of lobby hours on Saturday makes me guess that maybe I need to permanently find a different bank.

  Very friendly and upfront. We worked with Tae for both of our loans. We took out a motorcycle and car loan in a couple days time. Both were done very timely and explained well. The documents were all electronic and we were able to sign remotely which was great! Would definitely recommend and will use again!!
