  I have been with FNCU for 25 years and they have always been there in times of needs and wants and they make everything easy to do without having to come into the office I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to bank.

  I am always very pleased with the people there. My only complaint is that there are no loan advisors at the bank. It is all done by phone, which we are not comfortable with.

While our loan advisers are primarily available by phone, our locations have management available to sit down and meet with you regarding your lending questions and provide guidance through the application process. To ensure someone on our team is available when you come in, we would be happy to set-up an appointment. Please ask for a Branch Manager when you call and let them know you would prefer a face-to-face appointment.

  FNCU was eager for my business and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Did all the processing over the phone and online. Got the money I needed and recommend FNCU.

  The First Nebraska Credit Union is AMAZING and so are the representatives!!! Going the extra mile will not only result in an indebted and happy customer, it can also go a long way in terms of keeping future business. When you go above and beyond what the customer expects, you take that extra step to make them feel that you understand what they are going through and you want this to be the best experience they have ever had.
