  Very well taken care of store, the employees are super nice, and the prices are workable. If you are looking for cool items or hard-to-find, this place is worth checking out before going to the other places in the area. They have bilingual employees as well! Tools, guitars, car stereos... guns... pretty much a grand slam of a pawn shop. Very Family friendly!!!

  The guys that work there are always very helpful and work with you. The female redhead however always has a horrible attitude, and takes personal calls when assisting customers. The first time I thought maybe she just had a bad day, but I have now stopped in several times and get the same attitude. May start going somewhere else or just go when she’s not working.

  I went in- for a Drill as an individual, I left as a Customer. This is a Business. NOT just a Pawn. Excellent staff, and I wish there were more like em. Jeremy really took great care of me. Thankyou!! -Doug Charging Thunder PS I could use a Dewalt 1/2" Impact Wrench If 1 ever comes around.

  Fantastic Experience! I ran into a predicament and needed a special set of tires. Special thanks to Ty (one of their employees) who was honest with me, helped me look through the selection they had, and he even went above and beyond and took time out of his day to help me put them on! I was never pushed into a sale, was never pushed towards a higher priced product, or received false information. They didn't end up working in the end but he still made sure to take care of me! Prices are very fair and they are very honest with buying and selling. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this shop to someone new to the Pawn Shop experience! Very trustworthy and helpful staff!

  I’d give this place less then one star if I could. They are really shady in the way the do business. They don’t give a fair value and give out confusing information as to how repayment works. They provided no options for repayment without having to go into store during pandemic I see lawsuit in their future.

  Hey there! We always appreciate feedback from our customers. I'm sure you understand that we operate a business and that we aren't under any particular obligation to give out any specific offers on items. Its ok that you don't fully understand how our business is required to work. It's a complex industry for sure. As far as your repayment works, it's very clearly stated on the ticket we give you. Its easy to review and understand at your own leisure. You take out a loan, you pay back the loan with monthly interest. It's quite simple. Unfortunately, we are not a huge corporate chain store. We do not have automated payment systems in place as they are quite expensive. We would rather keep our cash in hand so we can loan it to people to help them get by. We have been operating for 40 years now. I'm sure you can imagine that we don't have a business still because we are shady Sometimes, we have to tell people "No" in our industry and that isn't what you want to hear. That's ok. You do have other options out there. We suggest calling your local bank and asking them for a simple small loan to help you get through these hard times.

  These guys are amazing! So very helpful in finding what I was looking for for over a year!! Very reasonable on price! Unlike other places that lied to get us in there door wasting our time and gas!! Thanks for being awesome!

  Ty is awesome. Wish there were more honest and nice people like him in the world. He fixed my bracelet in less than 5 minutes and was so professional and nice. He deserves a raise!

  Best pawn shop in Omaha I allways recommend EX-Z Monday and everytime I have they ended up with a new customer. They actually care about the customer's and it's not allways getting what your selling or pawning at the lowest dollar there's been a time's they helped me out with the extra 5 or 10 dollar's I needed if they can.

  The only place I will go in Omaha. It is clean and organized, the prices are fair (buying or selling) and most importantly the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve visited this location over 20 times and dealt with different people...same result. Good job!! Highly recommend.
