      The employee who helped was very nice and after having had a bad experience with another pawn shop in town, it was refreshing to be treated courteously. I was very happy with the amount of money loaned to me as well.

      This is in my experience a great place. I've dealt with just about everyone in Missoula and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Hippy Dan was awesome I was a day late on picking my stuff up but he worked with me to get the majority of my things back and went in my opinion above and beyond. Thanks again

      What garbage customer service. Tried to ask a sales representative who didn't appear to be busy a question tonight and before I could get a word out, I got a snarky "I'm actually helping someone else. You're going to have to wait your turn." Won't be coming back.

      Went in to browse the jewelry and found an engagement ring for my girl. When the manager heard why I was buying the ring he gave me an additionline discount on the ring. He was very personable and great to deal with.

      They dont even try to negotiate. They go the lowest they possible can on pawning or selling items. Owner kind of sucks. Everyone is always in a terrible mood, except for a couple individuals. Pretty unfriendly. Go to Nicklesworth for business.

      Really upstanding pawn shop. They inspect their tools and give you 30 days to return! What other pawn shop does that!?

      Absolutely insulting. Not even close to fair on prices. I got offered 20$ for a brand new never used tool that retails for 200$ the customer service sucks, the employees are rude...in my opinion, it's criminal.

      4 times I've visited the Missoula store. Every time I've tried to talk to one of the multiple employees just standing around, I get ignored. They walk away. Tell me I'm not the one to talk to, and walk into the back. I enjoy the Kalispell store. The Missoula one is absolutely AWFUL!!! Would give negative stars if possible.

      I have been coming here for over 10 years, when it was first interstate pawn. Now it's first national pawn and I absolutely can't stand the smug gray haired guy. I went in with a kenwood ddx672bh deck 7" screen.. in the box with original manual, the serious satalite adapter to go with it, 2 kicked comp 12's in a sealed box, and a Rockford phosphate amp. He kept me standing there for 20 minutes or so to offer me $80 for it. What a joke!!. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER come here again
