  I applied for a loan, was denied, then Ryan slowly lost contact. I left him a voicemail 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard. Circumstances have changed and can get that loan, but Ryan a loan officer won’t respond or return my calls. He acts like he’s on the phone or gone every time I call. Hey bud, if you can’t deal with all customers you shouldn’t be dealing with any. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.

  Great customer service. I love the small town atmosphere where everyone wants to say hi and are interested in how you are doing. The loan officers are great to work with also. They are knowledgeable and very willing to work with you to make things happen.

  When I first moved to town I had 2 kids 2 jobs and bad credit. They gave me an opportunity to buy a house and helped the whole way. The bank continues to impress me with every transaction. They are friendly and understanding. Would not bank anywhere else.

  They have it all! From great on-site customer service to simple-to-use online banking! Now there is no need to worry about making it to the bank with a busy schedule, depositing and transferring funds is easy no matter where you are located. If I ever have a question, I just call and they always get what I need done! Their level of concern for their customers puts this bank above any others for me! Stop in and visit with them, you won’t be disappointed!

  I am a treasurer for an association and we bank through First National Bank of Osaka’s and they have kept up with the times. Not living in the area it is not always convenient to stop into the bank so I do a lot of our business online. They offer a lot of different options that make life easier and secure. They are very helpful when I call or stop in.

  The entire staff at FNB have always been extremely helpful and friendly, whether it be when I took out a loan for a new vehicle, a compromised debit card from the Target data breech, or depositing/withdrawing money-all while I lived over 125 miles away and locally. It is a hometown bank that will always have my business.

  I like my home town bank. They explain everything I need to know when it comes to car loans, first time home buyer, and just general questions regarding my account. I have visited other banks for loans and they just make you feel rushed or explain things in terms I do not understand. I never feel that way with Osakis First National Bank, and for that I will never switch banks.

  We have been in business in Osakis for the last 35 years and have banked with First National From the beginning. There is NOTHING like a small hometown bank that knows you and knows your business and wants you and the community to succeed. All the staff are there with great personal service.

  its great to have a bank that knows who you are and knows your business practices. Nothing tops small town USA banks. Decisions made locally. Let them know what you need and they will come up with ideas to make it work if at all possible.

  Have banked her my entire adult life, just as my parents and most of my other extended family. Family is what sums up the First National Bank of Osakis. The Olson family have been long-standing members and contributors to the Osakis community. The changes that have been taking place are only strengthening the bank’s position into the future.
