      I rate this bank with a high rating because it's literally one of the best banks I've used. I had opened an account here back in the summer of 2014 and never regret my decision. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and the programs that assist you when you are needing loans or refresh start loans are amazing. I've NEVER had bad service here, EVER.       I have used this bank for the past seven years. Usually, the customer service is at the higher end but lately this has not seemed to be the case. There is nothing more aggravating than being a customer of a business and being treated like dirt. This is what happened today with the bank's representative Rose. She was in an urgent rush to get me off the phone and all of her responses were "mmhmm" "ya" "uhhuhh". Extremely rude and disrespectful and is what is causing me to close all of my accounts with the bank. Do yourself a favor and go to a bank that appreciates its customers.
