Tara Fischer1Horrible, rude lead teller . Someone hacked my info and I went in to get a new account number. Was told to do so . I would anyway only to be made feel was all my fault . Wouldn't let me have online banking anymore at all and wouldn't open a new account until I got my phone and computer professionally cleaned.. seriously. Then want to charge me extra a month for a paper statement. Seriously. So concerned about safety but had no problem leaving my account open with no online service. Had to go elsewhere. Teller said if u don't like it close ur account.
