  As a non-profit, community relationships and partnerships are essential to success especially during financial hardships. While all the banks in the Ellsworth area support and value The Grand, it was a special partnership with First National that helped the Grand avoid disaster during COVID-19. The personal service and attention have been fantastic.

  Having the account for a week, I had to visit the bank 4 separate times to get my account up and running correctly. First, the online banking was never set up at location, then my savings was attached to my debit/credit card so money was being pulled out of there, and finally, the picture on my checks was not the picture I selected. All three issues were from one staff member, otherwise customer service was prompt and polite.

  Horrible ATM machine . Most days it takes longer for the thing to take my card than it does to conduct the transaction. Very frustrating. If you use the ATM alot this not the bank for you. Replaced the atm the new one is a complete joy to use five stars .

  Set up a new account thousands in it and the card won't pay a bill that's great service not!!!
