  Worst bank BRANCH on the face of the earth. Need to make an appointment with the manager to open a checking account and they aren't here until NEXT WEEK? Yeah I'll be sure to come back a week from now to open an account. Went across the street to PNC and had one open in 10 minutes. That's why this bank is trash and losses business

  Every time I go there, Sharon is very rude. I was there 6/17 a little before 4 and said I wanted to withdraw money from my account and she said I’ll see what I have. I know what you have, my money. And she shorted us $200. I will definitely be banking at another branch and am considering a whole new bank.

  They will never help you over the phone. Tried numerous times. They just tell you to call First National 1-800 number. Use this bank because its close to my house, but now im fine with going out of my way to a different location. This branch is disrespectful and don’t like to do there jobs.

  They dont even deserve this one star!!! Adrianne was very rude and make smart remarks, the teller was rude as well. She talked to me like i was a child. Theyre not worth putting your money into. Wpuld not recommended!!

  Complete trash. Just opened the account, didn't get a chance to make a transaction yet but I receive a letter in the mail about overdraft fees for about $300...Never notified me prior to, they're absolutely trifling.

  Don’t come here unless you want to wait an hour in the drive thru . Every time I come here , it’s like everyone is working in slow motion here
