  Closed within 30 days of getting started. Fast and straightforward. I never got anxious that anything was going to get messed up. Could use a final follow-up to confirm first payment information, but there's still a decent amount of time.

  Found this company online. The rate was so low I contacted them and ended up going with them for my VA loan. Basil was so fast and professional my real estate agent was also impressed with how responsive and available he was. I would not change anything about my experience with FMD.

  I highly recommend using First Mortgage Solutions for all of your home mortgages and refinancing needs. My husband and I went through Jake Longhta at First Mortgage and we couldn’t have had anyone better! He was incredibly helpful. He was always available to answer any and all of our questions, no matter what time of day! Jake was always incredibly patient with us and polite. We will go through him for any of our future needs and recommend him to everyone!

  David was super informative about what to expect and even what to look for when shopping around for a mortgage company for a loan. We ended up going with David Barber not only because he offered the best loan deal but because he was honest and saved us so much money. He worked hard for us even when we had issues with the sellers realtor. He also kept great contact with us throughout the process.

  I was looking to do a refinance with cash out on my mortgage. I Did quite a bit of mortgage shopping before going with First Mortgage. Danny Park was a big a reason I choose First Mortgage. I spoke with many other high pressure loan officers who tried to get me locked into a deal before I could even get off the phone. Danny was the complete opposite. He was friendly, I didn’t feel pressured, and he offered me by far the best rate. He had process moving very fast, we would been able to close in under 30 days if we had not run into problems on my side with an ongoing roofing job. Even with this, Danny and his associate Amanda were very patient while I got things finished on my end. We were able to close shortly after the work on my home was completed. The rate we had originally locked in had expired by this time but Danny was actually able to get me an even lower rate, which is almost unheard of. I would highly recommend Danny Park and First Mortgage to anyone and everyone.
