      Went on unemployment so account balance went to 0 and they closed the account without any notice written or electronic. Absolutely no passion from the ladies workin the window or no attempts to retain a 10 year customer. Shame on you and your customer service you cant have any more of my money ya crooks!

      Going to the actual bank is nice. Calling on the phone is horrible. Asked for Galesburg IL multiple times and only would ask if I wanted Galesburg Maine. After give minutes on the line I was transfered to someone random. She said there was only one person working atm and she was on the other line. I told her never mind I will just go in. She tells me the lobby is close. Not impressed with this bank what so ever.

      I would never use this bank because for four straight months, I have had to submit info that I'm a signer on the account to do transactions. Four months in a row I have either had to fax info or come in person to give info that I'm a signer on the account. FOUR MONTHS IN A ROW! Can you imagine trying to do banking and them requesting the same info each and every single time? You're not a signer on the account??? YES I AM! YES I AM! Here is the paperwork... I went in person ... we set it up in person ... WHY is this falling through the cracks??? This goes on each month four in a row...

      Absolutely Hate Reoccuring overdraft fees by the week until deposit makes 0 balance! Some people utilize overdraft protection responsibly based off payment schedules like once a month social security disabilities such as myself! Only to have a considerable amount deducted from my are ad low direct deposit! I'm a low income man with wife and 2 children & have been abused by this banks policies!
