      Worked for over a month to do a new mortage and Karen the loan officer messed up my loan twice and we had to redo. Then she said we couldn't do the loan after hard pulling my credit twice. I've had bank accounts and loans paid off for years with this bank. Karen Never paid attention to what questions I asked. Ended up talking to her boss who then never called me back. Take your business to a bank who cares

      The employees are always so rude and do not want to give you the time of day. Also this bank is always making mistakes and is very unprofessional. I would not recommend banking here!
