  I am disappointed with the merge of First Midwest and Old National. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone to get my online banking unlocked. I will be closing my account.

  First Midwest Bank is a Heartless organization that relies on overdraft fees for its profits and will change dates on their transactions just to incur overdraft fees with its customers. Tried to file theft charges against the Elburn bank branch but the Elburn Police wouldn’t file a report and told me it was a civil matter. Had sufficient funds in my account only to wake up to $216 of overdraft charges on a check that cleared the day after. Prior to this the bank had credited me over $396 in overdraft charges for the same scrupulous activities for past instances. Tired of dealing with the branch manager Cici who is as useless as a fat lady at a Beauty contest. Taking my business to First State Bank where they don’t continually steal from their long term customers.

  I love going into this branch! It’s always a quick stop, and everyone is bright and helpful. Leigh is the gem of all gems — I feel like I’m at a small town bank with big city convenience. Thanks everyone!

  First Midwest Bank may not be great, but this local branch has awesome employees. Very polite and friendly. Always helpful.
