      This is by far THE WORST BANK IN SAINT JOHN IN!! The employees DO NOT WORK! Today they sent away multiple clients including myself when I needed to withdraw funds from my account. They continued to carry on with their conversation as if there wasn’t clients in the lobby needing help and when they were asked a question one looked completely puzzled like she didn’t understand a word I was saying (all I needed was to get money out of my bank account) AFTER TODAY I WILL BE CLOSING MY FIRST MIDWEST BANK ACCOUNT! They are simply terrible.

      Too bad I can't leave a 0 star review, the lack of competence is appalling in a professional setting such as this. The line of people out of the front door makes this look like a soup kitchen. I finally got inside and I realized the one woman working couldn't handle it by herself. Then you see 3 other ladies goofing off and another twirling her hair on a phone call and it all makes sense. They only employ morons. After being told I cannot withdraw money from my account I decided I'd close this account and never come back

      Had $684 in overdraft fees even though I’m signed up for alerts and overdraft protection. Stay away from this bank

      Don't use the atm deposit.your funds will not appear for a couple days.but your overdaft fee will be right on time lol what a pathetic system.
