  The branch manger is horrible, has a bad attitude towards her staff, I witnessed on a few different occasions how rude she can be with the bankers and have heard her speak to a Spanish speaking customer in a condescending tone of voice. If it wasn’t for the branch manger I would give this bank great ratings because the tellers and bankers are always very nice.

  It discriminates, me and my sister in law went into this bank to ask for a form and she tried to speak Spanish to a guy with glasses, who clearly looks Hispanic and told her that he didn't speak Spanish. Later on a white lady banker told us that everyone does speak Spanish except for her.

  Over staffed on the inside lobby and you can see them just chatting away. While the drive up window is left to one person which makes your transaction take longer then it should. I preffer going to the NoChi location.. yes i know its in the hood but they are always fast, have great customer service skills and they remember your name. Even the security guard waives from inside the lobby. Wish all FMW locations would be like that.

  The branch manager is so RUDE to her employees, specially with the tellers. I saw her recently talking to one of the girls (teller) in a very rude way, so prepotent! And unprofessional!! Anywhere else where I could report this "lady"???

  Very slow staff I have 5 cars behind me & I'm in the 1st line. Let's not tlk about the other ones..smh need to have people with experience..

  🤠🤗👍👍👍👍👍We've Banked there for 31 years, and never had a problem. When somebody try to use our identity at the bank, they were on it and addressed it immediately.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  I love Cristina she is very friendly and nice she has a great attitude and very helpful , I recommend her and make sure to ask for her when you go and bank is very good to .

  It took us almost 2hours to move only 3cars. I understand they are short staffed but 2hours are you kidding.
