      Came in to make a simple withdrawal. The person in front of me was getting a money order. Waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was my turn, they were very apologetic and very nice

      The best branch around in the Chicagoland area I've been to multiple branches, at least 6 different banks from First Midwest and this one is the best! the people are the nicest! and they do their job fully! Everything gets done promptly and they go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of, I moved far away now and I still drive all the way to this branch

      Used to be a good bank until they implement insane fees for overdraft. Just a couple bucks over will cost you $36 a day per transaction. Had over $200 stolen within three days without notice. Will be finding a new bank.
