Jahno Khamisi1This branch manager has "held" my money orders for two weeks now. I've given my account number but no deposit.. Why is something so simple taking so long ?? Should I open a police report ?

Joe Hutchinson1Fraud protection is a lie here! I had a fraudulent charge from a business on April 30th, I called First Midwest immediately and they credited the charge but now, 2 months later, they removed the credit. When I called the only reason given was the business stated that the charge was correct so I, the customer of First midwest, must be lying? This is what fraud is, people charging someone's account without their knowledge, unless the place making the fraudulent charge says it's ok? That's not fraud protection!!

Beau Fleming1Had a fraudulent charge on a check my account was closed and i couldn't open another one there said they called the other bank to confirm whether it was a good check or not but idk why because the type of check was supposed to be as good as cash like the money was already taken from the account like dude it's not to with drawl money that was the money was the check it's self so I opened an account with it next day when I went to put more money in found that out that apparently the check was fraud and so i called the person residing over the check the person who gave me it and they said that shouldn't have happened and told me all this and they worked it out so im getting the check back apparently and was "sorry for the inconvenience" but when I went to go get it power was out and I'm closing my account there either way now and going to first bank US but hey apparently I'm not the only one who they pulled fraudulent charges on so think what you will my sister told me after I found out the bank about the check that the bank was sketchy so think what you will I guess not to mention the big guy in back looked at me like white trash like really dude highly don't recommend to anybody unless you want to get scammed
